I discovered a while ago that I really love to teach people how to cook. When you show people how to do something, they get to try it themselves and all of sudden, bam! You can see in their eyes that they get it. And that’s a great feeling indeed. I like to think that I”m helping people understand food just a little bit better, make some better food choices and cook better food for themselves and their loved ones….

Recipe Development/ Editorial
I have worked on several cookbooks and am asked to write for food publications regularly. I don’t have a specialty as such, but you can be assured that a recipe developed by me will be tested, work in a domestic kitchen (unless the requirement is different), be well-written and taste good!
